I preferred going to the local chip shop for a large haddock cooked in batter - you can't beat a good old fashioned fish supper :-) |

I hate batter! Some shops get snarly if I ask them to just cook the fish, so I pick all the batter off! |

I am happy to try new things, but draw the line at raw fish (or meat). Sushi and sashimi should always be made with high-grade fish and prepared correctly but, due to its increasing popularity, this is not always the case. Anyone who's watched 'Monsters Inside Me' will avoid raw fish :-D :-D |

Went to the chippy the other day for F&C, said to the fryer ,would he make sure the fish is fully cooked. It always is said he. I said it wasn't last time, it had ate all the chips by the time I got home !!!. |
