Deleting Names.

You have to delete any children before it will let you delete a parent.

Make sure you delete the branch with least information, and that any thing in that branch is duplicated in the one you are retaining.

If both branches contain information that is not held in the other then you will have to transfer it manually for each person.

Can anyone help me out, in my family tree I have some Ancestors names down twice (due to the fact that I followed the wrong road and deleted some Ancestors names,,I did I have now corrected my tree but I have now got some Ancestors names down twice, how can I delete the ones that I do not need without loosing everything.I have been trying to get in touch with Genes support team without success.
