I am looking for the death of Elizabeth Nicholls before 1840.

I am trying to confirm the death of 2 people who died in Suffolk before 1840.

William Lucock married Eliza Colby in Melton, Suffolk 7 Jan 1828.

Henry Nicholls married Elizabeth Blackshaw in Sudbury, Suffolk 6 Feb 1822.

On the 1841 Census Henry Nicholls is shown with Eliza as wife and in the household are Eliza Luckock 10 and William Lucock 12, the children from the marriage of william Lucock and Eliza Colby.

I have found a marriage for Henry Nichols and Eliza Lucock in Woodbrige 17 May 1840. My 4 x Gt Grandfather was NICHOLS in 1750, but until about 1840, the name can be spelt Nichols or Nicholls.

It would appear that William Lucock died and Elizabeth Nicholls died and their spouses married, but I have been unable to find death records using the internet.

I wonder if someone visiting the Suffolk Registry Office might be able to check the records to provide details of their deaths.
