Michael does appear to have 2 accounts maybe his Tree is only on the other account and not on both. |

A friend on Facebook also said her tree is missing she gave me some names of who should be in her tree and they could be found.... Not sure she has had a reply from Genes about it yet though, as it has only been a few days |

You could try a PM to one of us with two or three uncommon names and DOB on your tree and see if they show up under your name when we search that should confirm they are there somewhere and not lost forever.. |

Michael if you let your subscriptions lapse your tree still stays intact on GenesReunited. only you can delete it. :-S |

That's not normal if you end your subscription the tree stays you just can't use the boards or view other trees. |

Un beknown to us both our subscriptions ended and now I have re payed all our family tree, 8 years of work, have been removed. Hate this site if I can't get it back |
