Dear Wendy

Hello

I was in the local high street this afternoon and in a well-known card shop,
they were having a discount on all cards and wrapping paper.

Must find items bought in sales from last year!

Take gentle care
Best wishes
Elizabeth,
xx

I also think it is to early to display Christmas decorations and the likes. Went to the garden centre last week and all the trees and lights were out and Christmas songs playing. I am sick of seeing them by December.

I hope to have my big tree (7ft) up this year.

Because of the hospital bed we could not have a tree for seven years.

It takes me a week to decorate it but I don't think I will be doing it as joyously as I used to.

People in the next street leave their Christmas lights up (all over the front of their house) all year...... and turn the electricity on at Christmas. :-D

I hate to think how much spider web is mixed in...... maybe they spray the webs with silver paint and pretend it's tinsel.
