Constant nagging / training does work!

I did something to my back a week ago so cannot bend unless I support my weight (getting good at the "Bunny Dip") or stand up straight for long.

Mrs said don't worry about putting the loo seat down after night time trips, so she gave me a temporary exemption.

Darn training!!! Just keep closing it from habit then hobble back to bed wincing and then hearing, "well I said leave it didn't I " from the darkness somehow just makes it worse! ;-) ;-)

As old habits die hard,(bless you for being so considerate!) could you not adapt a metal coat hanger to lower/raise the seat?

I am not too bothered about the seat, it's not heavy, but when my back is doing the same as yours, that ceramic seat is bloody cold!
