Good thing you nudged then.. cause I did not know about your problem.

Eyes are important so yes you have to look after them.. I gave up mascara a long time ago. Have got used to not wearing it. My eyes haven't changed in years now ever since I had my cataracts removed. The Eye surgeon we see is only young but she is excellent, she was our family doctor's daughter and I remember when she was at school.

I hope you can make things much better for yourself.. just "look" forwards.

AnnMarie, I have to pick up wipes and such, I got the prescription drops yesterday. Have to do warm compresses too and take omega3. I was given a fact sheet but the doc crossed out the part about using bicarbonate of soda or baby shampoo - he said the info page is out of date with that part of the directions.

I found more info online saying flaxseed is good as well.

Hope I can make things much better for myself.

My oh has bletharitus and he has to do his eyes with special wipes which keeps it clear. Hope your gets better to cope with soon. his comes and goes but is much better when he remembers to do them lol. XX <3

Glad all is ok. Re mascara, I have to be careful which I use, Clinique is very good, used to go to Boots for it. :-)
