Maybe it needs a new power pack

My PC died but as I had many saved documents etc on it , saved on memory sticks thankfully , I didn't want to give up on it as it's an XP.too so didntknow how well things would transfer over I called in a local PC doctor who has been before .

He took it away and a day later rang to say it was the power pack gone which would be total £75 bill including his time and call out

He gave the whole thing a overhaul too and cleaned all, the dust out of the tower and it's been going ok now for some time fingers crossed

I have splashed out too on a laptop and put my things on to it just in case

Just taken the battery out cleaned it & given a blow and it's burst into life.
So fingers and other bits crossed.

I bought a new battery for my tosh notebook(I call it a lappie)

it came with a three year warranty, but no paperwork............on querying this with the supplier, dont worry our records will show the age, if it goes wrong.........that's not the problem, I says............I might forget where I got it from!!!
