A young girl in Bath, Somerset is going to have to have both her arms and both her legs apputated after it was discovered she has meningitis. :-(

I hate to think what her family are going through. :-0

Her lower arms are to be severed from the elbows and her lower legs severed from the knees. :-(

Poor little mite, what an awful thing to happen. However there was a young woman who had the same thing happen at the age of 22 - see this story:

Helen was a reporter on local tv for a while, in fact I think she still does some reports, and is making the most of her life.

I hope little Harmonie-Rose will recover well and get the most out of life. Best wishes to her family who must be devastated.

Kick me if I ever moan again about my receding hairline.

Poor little soul. Hopefully, having it done so young she will adapt and be able to have a good life.
