Is your email address as held by GR the same as the one you use now?

I never got notified either first i knew was email saying i had paid. every other year have had the advance email but not this year and i have been checking email and spam folder constantly through the day over past few months due to other things so would of noticed it even if gone to spam.

I have been a member since 2003 and I always receive an advance message into my GR Inbox around 14 days (edited) before the renewal date.

GR renew automatically unless you have unticked continuous membership but in the past appear to be willing to refund if there has been a genuine misunderstanding. However, if you have used any of the paid subscription services since renewal then they might not be as accommodating.

As Ann has said they should have notified you, but be be aware some of the Genes emails can end up in Spam where you might not notice them .

Did you have continuing membership ticked andrew? They should still have notified you that renewal was due a couple of weeks before the date by e mail.

How do I get in touch with Genes reunited?
They renewed my membership without consultation or authorisation.
I need a refund of £71 but cannot find a way to get through to them. I have tried info and contact @genes reunited but no response. They are happy to take your money but unwilling to contact you when they have made a mistake!
Can anyone suggest other methods of contact
