Dawnie, I am so pleased you enjoyed your Lissys special day. The photos are lovely and I am not surprised you feel so proud of your hubby and your lovely young people. We have all got to know them as they have grown and you have done very well by them. Ben is lucky to be a part of such a great family. I wish them every happiness and the same to you too. Ann he was he was more nervouse than Lis as doesnt like being on show or making speeches . He duly wore the penguin suit they wanted him to and looked good in it and was wowed by her in her dress when he first saw her as he hadnt wanted to see it til the day, and did his speech and got laughs which was good so he can now relax.

Now off to pick up the bits that were left at reception and can relax for rest of day. x

Dawnie I am so pleased it all went off well for you all. Many congratulations to Melissa and Ben and may they have many happy married years together.
Yes I remember hearing about her when she was just a little girl and then when she met Ben and they stayed together, then when she moved out.
Also pleased that you managed a good night's sleep. You don't mention hubby but I am sure he was a very proud Dad. :-) <3

well I survived the wedding and had the best nights sleep for a long time. All 3 of our children did us proud and looked lovely. Lissy was as calm as anything in the morning although not sure her bridesmaids enjoyed being woken at 7am by her doing the hoovering.
Melissa and Ben looked so happy all day and evening and despite me buying umbrellas just in case it didnt rain yahhhhhhhh thanks to my cousin and her husband and their gorgeous daughter, who we last saw 6 years ago I laughed so much which was a good stress buster for me.

Hard to beleive that when I started on here 11 years ago she was a little girl who you all used to hear the antics of and now she is a beautiful married woman. do I now need to change my name to 4 somethings as I have gained a son in law.
