...were bad for you. :-S

I.ve just been reading this interesting article

http://blog.medfriendly.com/2011/11/is-it-bad-to-have-undigested-food-in.html

Apparently "Examples of foods that are not digested well by the human body include corn, peanuts, peas, carrots, cereals, and beans" and "Research also suggests that the more a food is cooked, the more difficult it is for the body to digest it".

So I'm off for some raw fish for lunch...

Where does it say they are bad for you?...

These sort of sites are always lead ups to selling you products you don't need.

"There are known knowns. These are things we know that we know. There are known unknowns. That is to say, there are things that we know we don't know.

But there are also unknown unknowns. There are things we don't know we don't know". (United States Secretary of Defence Donald Rumsfeld.)

*Sorry Graham - I couldn't think of anything sensible to say.

Over the past 70 years, if I had avoided all the things that I was told were bad for me - I would probably have popped my clogs many years ago :-D :-D :-D

If we stopped eating everything "they" said was bad for us, we'd starve.
