I can't see an Eliza living with Dukes or Jukes, but there are a lot of that name around!

I wonder if this is relevant?

Welcome back Colin

The original thread under a previous membership seems to be
http://www.genesreunited.co.uk/boards/board/ancestors/thread/1187479
researching info on Wellings of Salop

The surname does seem familiar - do you have a more recent thread? Look to the left of the page under 'my threads' and click on that.
The results will list all the threads you have posted on or created with your current membership.

Its much better to continue on related older threads, rather than start new ones. That way, searches won't be duplicated

I are trying to find info concerning Eliza Fewtrell-mother Eliza; Fewt--on the
census of 1840/50 I recall she 4yrs of age and staying with the Jukes or Dukes
in south shrops; Why do I ask, because I seem to have lost it from off genes un;
not their fault; ive been away a few years. Had stroke, brain aint same some
times.-- So you ask why--- At that time I recall it mentioned a foreign visitor
at Jukes and 4yr old Eliz; stayed there on her own; Her mother stayed else
where, yet her grand mother was staying with her son or bro/in/law at the
next farm. Now following a costly Genetic research--it appears Laura Wellyng
my granma carried the North American Indian Genes.
In words of Alice curious er & Currious'er.
P.S.It did appear some Dukes had been in U S; but perhaps not same folke.
thanks in antis;
