Dear All

Hello

Hope you are okay.

This festival marks the beginning of the Celtic New Year and Winter.

The emphasis is on remembering our loved ones and the ancestors we have learned about through history research.

It is a time to honour the people we love and learn from the past
so we can move forwards.

The foods to eat around this time are roast beef, salted foods, pickles,
spicy foods, apples, pumpkins and all nuts

You are more likely to feel more sensitive and sentimental than usual.
You may want to cook a favourite family recipe or look through photos.

Remember your loved ones will want you to feel comforted and secure.

An old Celtic blessing:

May only goodness and love be with you and in your homes.

Take gentle care
With very best wishes
Elizabeth, EOS
