Never judge a lady by the brand of her clutch-bag.

Never mind - if its the same one we were eyeing up, its supposed to be the lightest cabin bag on the market

Grrr
I talked OH into buying the cabin bag on wheels to save his back.
He loves his backpack but always slings it over one shoulder.
With a laptop, files and lots of other stuff, the backpack gets really heavy, causing him to stoop forward, and he has had back problems recently.
The new wheelie was the answer.

He has just unpacked the new cabin bag to get a good look at it.
Under a concealed zip, he pulled out........the shoulder straps !

The darned wheelie converts to a backpack and I just know what he going to do with it!

Don't forget to put a half-crown piece into each purse for good luck before you pass them on as presents.

That's a brilliant saving - well done! :-D

Poor old OH keeps getting dragged into bag shops when there are Sale signs in the window. I'm fascinated by the range of colours, but can't wean myself off the safe Black/Navy Blue/Beige :-(

Last Sunday
I needed another handbag and whilst shopping at an out of town retail park, I popped into a luggage/handbag shop.

The bag I fancied had a price tag of £85 but had been marked down to £25.
At the pay desk it was marked down again and I paid £20 for my lovely blue soft leather bag.

We were passing the shop again late yesterday when I spotted a new sign on the window "Buy One Get One Free"

I took OH in.
We selected a cabin bag on wheels with a retail tag of £125 and a leather bag for my daughter also with a £125 tag on it.
Both were reduced to £45 so, with the BOGOF offer we paid a total of £45

We also bought 2 leather purses, which matched the handbags
Total for two was £17

I'm currently working on who needs bags or luggage ...for Christmas!
