The article does not say the attack was racially motivated and the Manchester Evening News say that, detectives are keeping an open mind about the motive for the attack, however this is yet another incident that once again, raises concerns about the number of violent incidents that are being committed on our streets by individuals, who, for a better phrase, appear to have some sort of personality disorder. |
