I think that it's circulated by the racist Britain First group - at least that's how it appeared on my wall.

I explained who they were to the friend misguided enough to pass it along. It's gone now.

At the moment, in the Republic of Ireland thousands of common folk are very "offended" by the installation of water meters and higher water charges being forced upon them.
The majority of folk say that that there should be no charge for water at all.
It appears all the protesting and rally`s are coming to nought.

So it looks like the government...doesnt give a toss whether the working class are offended or not.
