Try this

Go to your Keepsafe and hover your curser over the photo. That will reveal 3 boxes one of which is Edit. Click on that

On the resulting page, look to the right of the screen. Scroll down until you see the box entitled Attached Relations (it has a paper clip above it)

Start typing the name of the relative and choose from the results.
Make sure that you've clicked the Save button at the very bottom.

If you can't see it, you may have to reduce the font size - hold down the ctrl button and tap the - (minus) sign on your keyboard

Sorry, I'm also having similar problem. I attached photographs to individual people a few years ago with no problems. Not really done much for ages and tried today to attach one and when I click upload, nothing happens. :-(

Can anyone tell me how to attach a record that is in my keepsake to a particular person in my tree? I have attached birth marriage and death certificates to my husbands grandmother but cannot work out how to attach the census records that are in my keepsake to her :-(
