'Nobody lives to regret having committed suicide'.

I got sidetracked!

We're ok thanks. Grandson has his follow up appointment with the Fracture clinic on Monday. He hasn't got any pain in it really, but it was a terrible break, so will still be repairing itself.

hey - no probs Jem - all fine now - not asking for sympathy - didn't realise I was suffering from clinical depression - with medication I'm ticking over nicely :-D
