We had another "win" last week.........

Electricity companies are always trying to get people to change their supplier.

A couple of weeks ago we got a letter from our previous supplier, offering a small discount... so we said OK.

Last week we got a telephone call from our current supplier, asked why we were leaving.

They said they could match the offer. Not good enough........

They came back to me, with a much better offer... 25% discount!! Unbelievable. That's for the next twelve months, so guess what I'll be doing in a year's time :-D

There's talk of a new company starting up locally, they plan to install squillions of solar panels and supply as many places as possible, at a very reduced rate. This is what should be happening all over Australia! Stop using coal!!!

BR ~ there's been nothing on the news for weeks. The last thing I saw was a bit odd, wouldn't give details of his family because of some privacy issue....... it's all very strange.

have you got any update info on the missing 3yr old William Terrell.
The stuff I have is several weeks old and they were still searching, but police were now thinking along the lines of an abduction.

If we win lotto tonight I'll probably drop with the shock.

The draw is at 9.30pm, and it's 9.02 now............

so if you don't hear from me again...........

I have a breadmaker...... my Mother gave it to me, because she didn't use it any more...... it's in a cupboard upstairs, and I haven't used it for 10 years! Don't fancy a juicer, I'd rather eat the fruit.

I'm sure when we get to the store we'll find lots of things we suddenly decide we need.

DH is buying a lottery ticket today......... rofl :-D

And I only won a box of chocs last night at the club I go to on Thurs night.
Buy tickets every week and it's unusual to win....then they want me to open them and go round everyone with them!!

A Panasonic breadmaker? They are brilliant :-D

The raffle was put on by a brewery! :-D At our local club.

Every time a certain brand of beer was bought by a member, their membership card was swiped & their name went into the draw.

For the last 4 weeks, there have been draws of 10x $30 cash cards. I won ONE, DH has won about 10. I should point out that during the month, I only paid for one of the beers :-D

The major draw was last night........ DH didn't win anything :-( I got a major prize from my one purchase!!

As the names were called out, each person got to choose which prize they wanted........ I was glad I wasn't last, really didn't want a big paddle board :-D
