Problem with layout of Windows Mail

Thanks again for the tip Elizabeth, but it hasn't worked for me.
The outline of the mail box and windows internet page is still grey.

Anyone else got any other ideas I can try please?

I have been having problems with Live Mail recently(including the pop-up saying something wrong). I in the end asked our computer advisor and- only yesterday! he suggested l tried the following.

In Control Panel - click Programs and Features, highlight Windows Essentials, select Uninstall/Repair, click Repair.

Well, it has worked for me! I can now get proper receipts from Asda instead of historic ones, have any replies and forwarding I do listed in my Sent index, and the pop-up warnings and old messages appearing at random seem to have disappeared (among my other problems). Early days! but you might find it worth trying, don't see it could do any damage.

Hope someone can help me please.
The layout on my Windows mail box suddenly went different and grey coloured recently. Also the layout changed on my internet page (sorry, don't know correct terms for things) Its just not right at all and I don't know how to correct it.
I did see a little box pop up from Windows, telling me that Windows had a problem, but I didn't get to read it all properly before the message disappeared. I do know that Windows updated 16 updates on 12th November and wonder if that caused a problem.
I remember reading a thread on here at the time about other people having problems with that update.
Can someone help please?
