The sanding is not over.

It is just the front room that is finished.

I am on the hall floor now, which is not very large as the front door opens on to the stairs which are also due to be done on the way to sanding the landing and the bathroom floor.

I will be boring you with my progress for some time to come yet.

Since we got rid of the hospital bed we have had an armchair out of a skip on the floor which was varnished before the wheelchair took the varnish off half the floor and made it look like a shed floor.

Every time I have seen a police programme that showed them break into a crack den it has looked very much like my front room.
