Driving on the right hand side of the road is easy. You need to pay attention when making turns, leaving petrol stations etc to be on the correct side. Overtaking needs careful planning. It is much easier to drive in France with a LHD car. Rental rates are cheaper than in the UK and given the big saving in money on the ferry renting in France is a good option. |
