Hello,
Maybe a daft question !!, but here goes are you able somehow to search for an address to see who the occupants are ??
Looking to see who lived at 22 Denmark Street London area between 1898 to 1901
I know you can search on census by name then the address comes up

In 1901, the surname looks like Bartaux to me. All born in France.

You can search the censuses by address on Find My Past.
