I fear that Abernethys have gone to join Abbey Crunch.

I don't like those those biscuits that have a very thick coating of chocolate all over them. They just don't hang together right at all.

Dear Joyous

Hello

A jammy dodger or a chocolate digestive!

With a cup of tea, of course!

Take gentle care
Very best wishes
Elizabeth,
xx

We don't buy many biscuits but I like ginger nuts if dunked. Otherwise it is Hobnobs, digestives and chocolate digestives and the cinnamon flavoured ones we have had in Tenerife are nice too with coffee.

I have just googled Royal Scots and they were made by McVities and discontinued some years ago.

There are apparantly several petitions to bring them back, so far without success!

Ginger nuts to dunk, fig rolls by the packet & shortbread (the proper stuff).
Luckily they´re all quite hard to come by where I live & eyewateringly expensive, so I have to wait for supplies from friends in England who shop at their local Pound shop.
Sadly the weight restrictions on their luggage restricts the amount I get. Still want to eat the whole packet at one go.

Ginger nuts and Scotish shortbread,

I used to cook many things especially anything the children enjoyed but not know. They all live so far away, but they can all cook.
