It's St Nicholas' Day today.

Did you know that the patron saint of christmas once punched somebody in the head? :-0

He is more well remembered for having thrown some gold coins through a poor persons door; where they landed in a stocking. Nobody was wearing the stocking at the time. It was hanging up to dry by the fireplace. Leading to the myth that Santa had come down the chimney.

Yes I have recalled that today is St Nicholas' Day . I recalled he was supposed to have lead the myth about Santa which every child I have met, regardless of their belief have enjoyed the event.

Well, I must be truthful.......I love Christmas and that startes at the first day of December. Food, visitors, listening to music hearing my children talking to me from so many different countries and friends.....then of course people on here as well.

So every one enjoy this Christmas
