	Yummmy - home made crunchy pickled onions :-) :-) :-) My mum (and therefore me, in my 'domestic' phase) used to use shallots for pickling.

	Oh dear. I don't think those pickled onions I put down for Christmas are going to make it. I know I says it as shouldn't but they aren't half good.
