Fly <3 we men don't like being told what to do - we know best :-D my ophthalmic surgeon told me I have to avoid bright lights, because my computer desk is a dark corner, I have a small desk lamp on that, unless I am at my computer I seldom put any other lights on. |

I had the optician out to dad on Tuesday she is going to change his glasses but said they would only be a little better <3 she told him he must use a lamp at the side of his chair to help him see a bit better :-0 but i know he won't he sits in the dark all the time grrrrrrrr :-| |

struth - what a night!!!! never got to sleep till about 5:00 am even though I was dog tired - had to get up cos I have to be over my pal's house before noon to help her sort out her Dad's trip to the hospital - I feel like joining him :-D |

Fly <3 nothing worse than an annoying cough to make you feel crap - when I get a cold, cough, or the sniffles, I take a couple of soluble paracetamol dissolved in some warm water - every 4 hours till things improve. |
