Well that 1969 marriage must be another Rodney A Page as the spouse isn't a Lee

The problem is if all the events took place in South Africa then worldwide subs to FMP etc would be needed to try and help you.

If your mum won't say anything then you may have to let it go

My mother was born in South Africa and married my dad (from Isle of Wight) she came over for a while but they went back again. Both me and my sister Sonia where born in South Africa. My mum and dad got divorced and dad was in relationship with another woman called Lee he later married her and he passed away in Pretoria in South Africa in early 90ties.
Would so love to find my other sister :-D :-D

Are you able to get a sight of your parent's MC? UK ones give the couple's 'condition' ie Spinster, Widower, Divorced.

Its always possible that he didn't marry the mother of his child, there doesn't seem to be a marriage in England or Wales. It would make finding her very difficult.

was it your mum that might have had a child before they married?

were YOU or your mother born in South Africa?
IF? in UK,after mid 1912 mothers maiden names were put on the birth certificate....

My dad is Rodney Alan Page born 1931 Hampshire ISLE OF WIGHT England. Now I think he had another daughter before he married my mother. Do not know date my mother and father got married (in South Africa) but I was born in 1964 and my sister in 1963. They got divorced when I was about 2-3 years old. He has passed away my mother refuses to say anything and my sister say she has always known that we have another sister but do not know when or where she was born or where she is. I would so love to find her but how do I find a nameless person. I tried to find another marriage certificate for my dad but I keep going in circles Please can someone help. :-S

Have you looked for a marrriage for him on FreeBMD

Plus the marriage cert to your mum will give his marital status at that time ,ie batchelor ,widower etc

If he wasn't married to the mum of a possible sister and his name isn't on the birth cert then there's very little chance of finding out her name.

Isn't there any other relatives of his that may know some info ?

That's great Lynette, but you need to provide more information before anyone can help you.For example, what country are you in,what time frame are we talking about ,
