Well both the men in my life always hold the view - doesn't really matter Christmas Day but on Christmas Eve if there is not served homemade veg soup made with ham stock followed by homemade ham studded with cloves accompanied by fried egg and chips there would be a riot. |

well as my train driver son and nurse daughter in law have both pulled shifts for Christmas Day, both starting at 2:00 pm I shall be cooking a turkey dinner with all the trimmings - haven't had to cook a Christmas dinner for some years now so it'll be hard going - we're having a Christmas dinner at their on Boxing Day. I;ll be cooking for four of us, them, me and my son's mother in law |

We are going out. OH having soup, roast suckling pig and turkey, roast potatoes, veg., stuffing, Christmas pudding and mincepie with coffee. Me I'm having fillet steak and salad. |

Maggie, we had chicken on Christmas Day when I was much younger, but I honestly cannot remember what we had on Boxing Day. With four in the family, there would have been few leftovers. |
