One reason I am having to get things moved about it that we still have front room furniture upstairs because we have been slowly redecorating.

Because there is still a three seater sofa and a large desk in the front bedroom along with two filing cabinets and other things the back bedroom contains, wait for it, a 5' bed, a four door wardrobe, a three door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a large dressing table.

God alone knows what might be under the bed, it hasn't been moved for eight years.

You aren't having the heaters fitted on the floor so stop worrying yourself silly......as long as the wall space is free where they need to fit the heaters thats all there is to worry about for now.

anything that needs to be moved out the way they will do it,,,,

,,infact a bit of eye flutter they may even bring some down stairs for you, ;-) :-D :-D :-D.

If theres anything that you that you dont want, ask about it may do someone a good turn,

Just found you here, Sharron.

Delighted for you to be having the home improvements, nothing raises the spirits more. Understand your nervousness, though.

Good luck with it all, take care, x :-) <3

I understand your panicking self very well, Sharron, and have had my own version over the years, but you know what? I got through whatever it was that was freaking me out, and you will too.

Try and look past the time that the work is being done, and do whatever it takes to stay as calm as you can. Write lists if it helps, where you want things to go, what stuff you need to get etc etc

Just think by Easter you will have a different home, with lots of the things you always wanted and some you might not have lol, but it will be your new start and well deserved.

No point in having a panic until you have to on the 18th Jan and by then you will be so excited about all your improvements that you won´t have time to panic.
Mind I would be a gibbering wreck by the 18th lol

Just think of the upside of it all you deserve it.

Apart from anything else, I have to accommodate a dirty great dresser somewhere when they are doing the kitchen Uzzi!

I didn't even mean to buy it, Uzzi!

Sharron knows that she will love it all when it is done. Sharron is quietly working through what needs doing.

Unfortunately, this other mad woman who lives in her head at the moment is running about like a headless chicken and shouting about the futility of the situation.

I have been through worse and I am looking forward to the end result very much. It is a good reason to start chucking things out too.

Have decided that I will wait until after Christmas and then I will get stuck in.
