Feeling lots better :-D No more wheezing.

There were three small bushfires yesterday, just north of us. They were "contained", it's pouring with rain now, so that should sort it out. DH was playing golf this afternoon, he said it was like playing in fog, the smoke was so dense. :-(

We're going out for a drink....... courtesy bus will pick us up in 10 minutes time...... I hope it stops raining long enough for us to get on and off the bus!!

Boxing Day here, 8.15am

I didn't have a good night.

On top of the insect spray, there was a fire somewhere ....... and we had smoke swirling around. So the smoke on top of the chemicals didn't help.

Very scary if you live in Oz!

I'm very tired this morning, and I'm wheezing :-( The doctors' clinic is closed, and there's no way I'm going to the local hospital. It's getting better, I'll just have a lazy day, reading and sleeping.

Take care with that, L scozz, them insecticides can be VERY dodgy to humans, especially if you have a chest problem anyway.....

LOL I decorated the kitchen ceiling once.......was boiling a couple of eggs in the glass saucepan, and forgot about them.........one had exploded and showered the ceiling with half cooked egg yolk

Oh dear. Hope you feel better in the morning. The last thing you need at any time is an emergency trip to hospital. The next time he decides to spray, you'll have to arrange to spend the night away.

OH reminded me of something his father did one Christmas Day. He decided the kitchen ceiling need a spruce up and set to with the brush and paint pot. His wife was none too pleased!

I don't know what's in the bug spray he used, but it's nasty.

It really smells horrible. I have a headache, my throat hurts and I can't stop coughing, and I feel all tight in my chest.

He can get his own dinner tonight, I'm going to bed. :-(

well......... I got him to do the quiz "which Christmas character are you?"

When he finished with the car, he got on the roof and put in some gutter guard, then he sprayed the garden for ants. We now have a horrible stink..... wafting.
