Angus called in to see his friend Donald to find he was stripping the wallpaper from the walls. Rather obviously, he remarked "You're decorating, I see." to which Donald replied "Naw. I'm moving house." :-D

after poor Caddie's trauma being attacked by a massive nasty cat, he's checking through the conservatory windows this morning but is not venturing out - can't say I blame him :-D

It is bitterly cold this morning in my corner of Kent, I've had to put on a extra fleece as my central heating is taking it's time warming my flat up :-( on a brighter note it is dry and the sun is supposed to come out at some point today :-)

Wherever you are today and whatever you are going to be doing today - keep warm, stay dry, be vigilant and enjoy :-)

And remember, you do not need to count the grains of sand or the drops of water in the sea before you can enjoy a day at the beach - and you do not need to know everything to enjoy life ;-)

A wallpapering tale & it's not even 1st April!

A neighbour of mine in London moved house. Not alone did he take light bulbs, et al, but he stripped the wallpaper & used it to line the walls of the huge garage attached to his new abode.

For diplomatic reasons, I refuse to confirm the nationality of my erstwhile 'friend'.
