May I suggest that you ask this "gentleman" to deposit say 5% of the aforementioned sum into an account of your own choosing before any negotiations can take place.

Most astonishing of my discovery was that, all records bear no next of kin,
meaning no member of Mr. Richard Brokav family knows about the deposit
