I never much fancy breathing into a pillow at an hotel either! Ugh :-0

I change the sheets when someone has stayed the night except for when my granddaughter stays and I know she is sleeping again a couple of nights later. I love to get into bed and smell the fresh air on sheets and pillowcases.

I smooth the sheets and lay them flat, that's as good as ironing.

But definitely changes sheets even if someone has only slept on them for one night.

Someone else's sweat? No thanks!

Remember when those brightly coloured nylon sheets came in during the 70's. My Mum thought they were amazing. Definitely didn't need ironing!

I have to admit I didn't change the bed after just one night with my daughter in the bed .The next guests were my Sister and BIL.I know they wouldn't mind :-D
Anyone else would have fresh bedding :-D...I think fresh pillowcases are the most important thing.

I can tell if someone's been between the sheets before me :-(

However, I don't change the sheets between the grandchildren staying - they stay quite regularly, and they slept in the sheets last!!

'Life's too short' according to TV hygiene guru, Aggie Mackenzie..

I just have to... even when busy and tired.. everybody knows what fresh, crisp sheets feel like. I shouldn't enjoy visiting a friend or family and finding unwashed sheets.

I do cut down on the ironing, folding them in four and doing front and back. Don't like them completely unironed.
