I knew I'd be taking home the bottle, so was a bit bewildered when the nurse said she'd have to order in a special tube........ but that's for the blood test. Yikes. I wonder how much they want?

I've done the "funnel" before (about six months ago), no problems. The instructions say to keep the bottle in "a cool place". No such thing here in January, that's why I have to keep it in the fridge...... with the lid on verrry securely, and I've got it in three plastic bags :-( It's such a big bottle, it had to sit on its side. Who pees that much in 24 hours? Not me.

*snigger* I had to do that once.
Surreptitiously taking a 4 litre bottle of p*sh on a bus to the hospital is hilarious :-D

Depends how much I've had to drink the night before :-D :-D

Regarding the A/C, Scozz, we decided that this year we would use it despite the cost of power. We may even get one fitted upstairs, as some nights it's like walking into a sauna.

If the breeze comes in, great, windows wide open and the top floor soon cools down. It's on those evenings when there is no breeze that it is uncomfortable :-(
