This gets better. You really get how precarious it was at Henry's court. Shall miss this programme when it comes to an end.

Mark Rylance and Damien Lewis have been brilliant. :-D

Did you notice how Henry is putting on weight - so well done.

I will miss this fantastic programme, more of the same please :-)

Good programmes are hard to come by these days on TV.

The last episode of Wolf Hall is now stacked up with all the other episodes on my recording box ready to view. I like to watch programmes such as this almost back-to-back!

The beeb at its very very best doing what no commercial company could ever do. Long after most of the rubbish currently on TV ( yes Peter Robinson & Left Bank we are looking at you to be wiped ) has gone people will be marveling at the top drawer performance of Mark Rylance as well as the rest of the cast.

I just hope they can find the money and space in MK's schedule to do a follow up.

I thought that using modern English rather than ye olde English tea shoppe worked very well - these guys were the movers and shakers of the time and better educated than the current front bench which ever side you choose.

The sets and costumes were bang on.

The production makes no concessions on video quality and it does not really work with standard definition or the cheap speakers on the average TV. AFAIK it will eventually be available for streaming in 4K format. For now order yr box set.

Wow. Finished the series at the weekend.

Ann's speech at the end, so believable, she looked so drained, brilliant acting again. Can't wait for 2nd series. There has to be a finish with the publication of the 3rd book surely. There's 4 years at least to cover.

Listened to an item on a radio programme about the annual British TV sales to the world. They have been queuing to get the Wolf Hall series. The places where it was filmed are expecting lots of visitors this summer as well. A new series must be on the cards - hope Hilary has finished the book. :-D
