Member Since: May 2004 Posts: 2 Send Message	Is anybody else having trouble down loading their tree? Mine was OK earlier today but now nothing. I have tried leaving the web page and downloading again, no luck. Have tried the F5 trick but that makes no difference. Any suggestions?

	Do you mean looking at your tree or exporting a GEDCOM? Email support at [email protected]

	Ken, Possibly means opening from the Menu ie Family Tree >>> My Tree. Seems others have had a similar problem. The tree opens up on its own page sometimes underneath the presented one, so you have to slide the top page down a little then click on your tree page to bring it to the fore.
