I signed up for Platinum at the promotional rate of 1pound for 1 month. I entered the promotional code but there was no indication that I would not have to pay the full monthly rate. I don't want this if it's not at the promotional rate. Where can I bring this to someone's attention?

I had a problem with this too. The promo code just wouldn't work. So I thought I had to fill in the cr card details etc.

When I got a receipt it was for the full mthly amount. Aagh! support @genesreunited.co.uk very quickly refunded me, but it wasn't spellt out in the return email that the 1GBP subscription was provided. Just mention of a refund.

Anyway, the 1GBP is a good offer and it gives you a low rate subscription to add other sevices like military, newspapers etc.
