I have a CD rom library family history resource file ; produced by the church of the latterday saints

Would anyone like it ?
I think it's too heavy to post in one go
but I could give it to a local history group or someone who is willing to pick it up ; i live in Oadby ,near Leicester GB.

New PCs dont support them Brigid,,,,,I also have a set bought in 1996 along with 1891 of London, they are of little use now due to the present day drivers

.they are good strung up for keeping cats out the garden,,,,,, :-D :-D.

oh what a pity ..ok I'll get rid of it .

when ytou say don't support them do you mean that the CD's won't play . I must admit I've had the set for a year and never trid to use it .

Could someone with an old PC still use them

Surely there are some techies who might help - there seem to be assorted offers on how to remake other outdated things, who can remake 78s and tapes and CDs and photographs into usable formats

Far too technical for me ...I might take the set to my local library they have IT specialists + people who know about family trees .
