	Yet another example of spoon feeding and the nanny state has been highlighted with the announcement that one of the big four internet service providers is to block all content THEY deem unsuitable for under 13s unless subscribers physically opt out. Absolutely ridiculous! Not only is this enforced censorship, but it is also extremely ill-considered.
