Threads not able to open incl Welsh thread

Have they done something to all the long running threads? I do hope that they have not messed them up with their tinkering.

and where is the explanation of why things are haywire on the boards? Where is the customer service we expect as paying customers?

I have just checked the longest threads and none of them open.

We think its all part of the Error problem. There are a couple of threads saying that the poster can't access records!

Yes - basic customer service is to tell us that they are aware of a problem and are working to fix it. But then GR aren't renowned for that, are they?
