It won't be fun Gwen, but hopefully you can let the builders know that a little consideration would be appreciated. They might be glad of a kettle of hot water or use of the loo at some point if the house needs a lot of work so will want to keep in your good books.

Try not to get stressed until you know who has bought the house and can assess the situation better.

them builders that dont take of there shirts work quick so should have the house done within about 8 weeks

IS TOO ILL TO LOOK AFTER HIMSELF SO MOVED IN WITH HIS
SISTER,THE ESTATE AGENT STARTED BRINGING BUYERS ROUND YESTERDAY,IT NEEDS A HELL OF A LOT OF WORK DONE ON IT ITS JUST UNDER £200,000,VIEWERS EVERY HALF HOUR ALL DAY TODAY AND YESTERDAY,AND I DON'T THINK
