Hi all, has anyone had Trimethoprim antibiotics for water infections. How long should I wait for them to work and to start making me feel better please. :-( |

Hi AnnMarie I have had Trimethoprim before, I am allergic to Penicillin so this is the one doc usually gives me....With them being not as strong as Penicillin it can take an extra day or so more for me....... |

My OH had recurring water infections due to Prostate problems. Now he has been on Trimethoprin for over 2 years and had not had any problems at all. No side effects either. |
