As Bob tried to explain the year you are looking at is the year in which the birth was registered; not the year in which she was born. If she was born at the end of one year, her birth could have been registered at the beginning of the following year. However, her birth certificate would give her full correct date of birth. |

On viewing the birth transcript for my sister, have noticed that the year she was born is a year out? every thing else matches with mothers maiden name & where she was born. Can anyone please advise? |
