One of my relatives has OCD. It's real difficult to deal with. They know they have this problem; which helps a little.

They could get therapy; but they're not interested.

My pal has OCD, tagging along with bouts of depression which he refers to as 'The Black Dog'.

His circle of 'friends' is very limited - me & his GP.
