	Your school had to take the photos in the first place, my primary school did not do this very often and my secondary school only for first 2 years. Seems that in the late 60s early 70s it all but died out in some areas, but now back with gusto.

	I have an old black & white photo (c.1963) of our senior school class of 19 students. I can only remember the name of about 10 of them. Sad, isn’t it! A chap who regularly sat near me joined the Irish Police (Garda) & was shot dead (c.1970s) supposedly by the IRA during a bank robbery.
