I tried this and it came up saying the offer was no longer valid. I contacted them and was advised to pay full subscription and they would refund me the rest of the money. Not sure about that.

Hurrumph - in that case I shan't bother getting out the CC.

It worked for me this morning - that's by using the link from the email.
Despite initially saying that the code had been applied via the link, it didn't!

Once you get to the linked page you do need to inspect it carefully to ensure you enter the code.

I went to my email account and I had a SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL for a months FMP!
I CHECKED IT LAST WEEK TO MAKE SURE THAT THE AUTOMATIC RENEWAL BOX WAS NOT CHECKED AND IT WASN'T

BUT IT IS NOW!

They have checked it themselves and taken out the money from my bank account

Oh dear - don't attempt a search but give them a ring.

I've sent them an email Det!

If they are like GR, they should give me a refund.

I must be honest, I have never had any problems with dealing with GR over such things!
