as there was a very loud crash. Thought a shelf was falling. Called out to OH who was downstairs as the next thought was that he had dropped something, no, he thought it was upstairs. Bathroom is next door, the blind (roller) had come off the wall, one of the plastic bits holding it up had sheered off. We rarely pull the blind down as the window faces a blank wall, the blind is more decorative, so it must just have been fatigue in the plastic. But luckily the blind which is about 4 foot wide and not light, missed everything on the windowsill and also the sink thank goodness. :-S :-S Spooky! |

some years ago put a mirror up over the bathroom wash basin using sticky pads......lasted about a year before it fell down!!! |
