My sister and I once looked around a house that had a bedside table next to the bed, and a loo next to that!!!
No screen, nothing :-0

The man in the bed reminds me of a house that we viewed 30yrs ago.

We never saw the occupier of the bed because the room was in darkness but, there was definitely a person in it and.... it was daytime!
The woman owner kept talking about missing cats...
We were quite certain that they were long since dead but still somewhere in the house. (Pong)

On the way out, my OH ( to be) turned to me and whispered
"I wouldn't say it was dirty but, make sure you wipe your feet before going into the street" !

:-D

When I was house hunting (long before I met DH), I looked at a few "fixerupers", also known as "renovator's delights". In other words, they were tips.

One in particular I will never forget. Holes in the walls, holes in the carpets, a disgusting kitchen, garden full of weeds....... the "bathroom" was outside...... and the loo was at the end of the garden. The high point of the visit was the loo...... a small tin shed with holes in the walls & roof, cobwebs everywhere, and a brand new white fluffy & frilly toilet seat cover.

I didn't buy it. :-)

The photos are funny but the written quotes are hilarious.
